KB Summary by Now Assist

Description

In any Form/Catalog Item/Record Producer if there is a Date field, clicking on that date field opens up a calendar.

The Calendar goes away as expected when clicking on any blank area or if you click on any text field.

However, if you click on any dropdown field, the calendar does not go away.

Steps to Reproduce

Log into any Jakarta instance where Service Portal is enabled:

  1. Navigate to Service Portal
  2. Open the item named Report an Outage
  3. In the form, click on the Calendar icon beside At what time did you notice the outage began?
  4. Click the dropdown What application is down/unavailable?
While it is expected that the calendar pop up should go away, it does not.
