If com.snc.knowledge_serviceportal plugin is enabled and french language is selected, the kb_article_view page in service portal does not render properly. The comments & helpful section is missing from the page.
In English language the page renders fine.
Also, the issue does not occur on kb_article page which is available in previous versions as well.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Log in to any OOTB Jakarta Patch 1 Hotfix 1 instance.
  2. Enable both plugins: com.snc.knowledge_serviceportal and com.snc.i18n.french.
  3. Follow the steps below:
    1. Change language to French
    2. Open the following link -
      http://<instance>.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=<sys_id of the article> 
The page should render properly with the Helpful and Comments sections showing.
However, the page will not render properly. The Helpful & Comments Sections are missing.
It also throws some javascript errors in the console (see attached).
