Password reset does not prompt the user to reset their password via the Mobile client. The user logs in as normal instead of being forced to reset their password.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Navigate to any user record and check the Password Needs Reset check box.
  2. Bring up the IOS Mobil client on your phone.
  3. Login with the user.

    You are logged straight in without being prompted to change your password.


Please use the desktop or mobile browser version to reset the password of your user.
