System Applications does not display a list of the applications that were present prior to an upgrade. After an upgrade, the 'Develop/Download/Upgrade' section is empty.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a scoped application.
- Delete the value in the Version number field from the sys_app record for that app.
- Open the Applications page ($myappsmgmt.do).
Ensure all sys_app records have a Version number.
