When creating an incident from Connect Chat, the templates in the bottom right corner are hidden by the Chat support window.
Steps to Reproduce
Request a Connect support session.
For more information, see the product documentation topic Connect Support.
Type a question and send it.
Open a different browser window and impersonate David Loo, who has access to Connect Support.
Accept the queue invitation.
Click the context menu icon on the chat window and choose Create Incident.
Note that the templates on the right side and icon for the list of all templates are hidden behind the chat window.
Close the mini window by clicking the X in the chat header.
