Excel tables get pasted incorrectly into TinyMCE HTML editor using Chrome, IE, or Safari.
Steps to Reproduce
Download the attached spreadsheet.
Select and copy rows 12-14 and columns A-L.
Open an Incident form.
Open the Email Client page through the top-right email tool button.
Paste the selection into the body of the Email Client.
Notice the behavior is normal only in Firefox. In Chrome/IE/Safari, there is a column offset in the bottom row due to the absence of a value.
If you can upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the versions that permanently fix this issue with a new TinyMCE version, which offers new pasting capabilities for all browsers except Safari.
Safari does not fully work in the latest TinyMCE version. This issue is under review with the third-party TinyMCE vendor. To receive notifications when more information is available, subscribe to this Known Error article by clicking the Subscribe button at the top right of the article.
