Description

In the application server, the following error occurs when attempting to export to PDF a Performance Analytics dashboard:

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboard.

  2. Select a dashboard, for example, the Project Dashboard.

  3. Click Export to PDF.

    The following error message is displayed:

    Export failed
    An unexpected error has occurred. Please see the instance logs for more details.

 

Workaround

For time series widgets, do not enable comments. For the detailed scorecard, generate the PDF through the browser or use screen capture functions.
