When choosing Update all or Update selected In the Incidents list, the Work notes and Additional comments fields are not part of the form to do a mass update.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Go to

  2. Right-click any column header and choose Update All.

  3. Answer "yes" to updating all records.

  4. In the form, look for Work notes.

    Note that Work notes and Additional comments are not available.


Prior to performing the Update all or Update selected:

  1. Navigate to an existing incident.

  2. Click the filter icon to the right of the first entry in the Activity list.

  3. Uncheck the All checkbox to hide all items.

  4. Go back to Incident list and do the Update All or Update Selected.

    Work notes and comments should now appear.

  5. After performing the update, use the filter icon and check the All checkbox.
