Description

Service Portal: When viewing the Knowledge Base page, the Categories list is not sorted alphabetically.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Log in to the instance.

  2. Navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Home.

  3. Click Knowledge Base.

    Note that the Categories list on the left is not sorted alphabetically.

Workaround
