Description

In Service Portal, when asking a question in Social Q&A / Community, any added hyperlinks are not automatically converted to live hyperlinks.  
 

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1.  Navigate to Self-Service > Knowedge.
  2. Click Post a question.
  3. In the Detail Question text box, type www.google.com and press enter or return on your keyboard. 
    Note that the text is converted to a hyperlink. 
  4. Navigate to the Service Portal on your instance (https://<instancename>.service-now.com/sp).
  5. Click Community.
  6. Click Ask a Question.
  7. In Question details, type www.google.com and press enter or return on your keyboard.
    Note that the text is not converted to a hyperlink. 
 

Workaround
