With the release of Jakarta, ServiceNow no longer supports the Geneva Family. Customers are required to upgrade instances on Geneva to a supported family version by the end of Q2 2017. Instances still on Geneva at the end of Q2 2017 will be scheduled for upgrade to Istanbul during Q3 and early Q4 .
Customers who still have instances on Geneva will receive communications noting the deadline and the date when ServiceNow will upgrade their instances. Please contact ServiceNow through your Communication (COM) record if you have questions or issues associated with your scheduled upgrade.
