When the knowledge application is opened inside an iframe, many of the knowledge pages are cut from the bottom. Users are unable to scroll the knowledge home page /knowledge_splash.do. Also, knowledge ESS script is running globally instead of only for the knowledge application.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to URL/ess/knowledge_splash.do
- Search with a keyword email
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. The text is cut out even when you have scrolled to the bottom.
This problem was fixed in late Geneva, Helsinki, and further releases. Part of the fix was the new UI Script "KnowledgeIframeFix". This needs to be active in all instances.
