Tooltip hints do not display for journal fields (for example, Work notes or additional comment) when the Activities filtered formatter is added to a form in UI16.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to Incident > Open and open an existing Incident.
If the Activity filter does not appear on the form, add it.
- Right-click in the form header and choose Configure > Form Design.
- In the left column under Formatters, click "Activities (filtered)" and drag it to your desired position.
- Click Save.
In the incident form, hover the mouse cursor over an Additional comments or Work notes field.
Note that the related tool tip hint does not display. You also cannot right-click on the label of the journal fields.
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided not to address this issue.
