Export PDF on Business Service Map fails when some icons are replaced with custom, non-SVG images.

Steps to Reproduce


Export to PDF functionality is not working on Map Services

  1. Click Service Mapping > Service > Business Services 
  2. It does not matter which service is selected. View Map, click More Options in the top right corner, and Export to PDF which downloads the file to the workstation. Open in Adobe Reader or other PDF Reader.
  3. When you attempt to open the PDF, it is broken.


  • The problem is caused by custom CI icons in PNG format.
  • The only workaround is to replace all PNG icon images with SVG files.
  • The Export PDF feature on service mapping supports only SVG icon types.
