When the com.snc.hr.core and com.snc.hr.core.cms plugins are activated and you search the HR Knowledge Base using the search field, no results are returned. Searching again provides results.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate the Human Resources Application: Core [com.snc.hr.core] and Human Resources Service Management: Core CMS Portal plugins.

    For more information, see the product documentation topic Activate a plugin.

  2. Navigate to Knowledge > Homepage.

  3. Search for the term "Manager".

    A blank screen and the message "Your search does not return results for Manager" appears.

  4. Attempt your search using the same term again.

    The search is successful.



Because the HR Service Portal replaces the CMS portal, this issue is not scheduled to be fixed.
