After changing the time zone, the screen does not refresh.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to a list view or record that displays the time.
- Open the System Settings window by clicking on the gear icon in the banner frame.
- From the General tab, change the time zone.
- Close the System Settings window.
- Note that screen does not refresh and the time zone did not change.
