Description

Within the Service Designer page, the description filed shrinks to very small size.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Navigate to Service Creator > My Service Categories > New.
  2. Complete the fields, right-click the form header, and Save the form to create a new Service Category.
  3. Click the Create Category and Table button to finish creating the category.
  4. In the Related Links section, click on Create New Service. This will redirect you to the "$ng_fd_sc" page.
  5. On the right-hand section, notice the description box next to the image.
  6. If you click on the text area within this description box, the box shrinks.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. You can submit an Enhancement Request from the Self-Service portal on HI, and Subscribe to this article to be notified in case of future updates.
