Description

Some CIs are not getting the Disk Space field updated during Discovery.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run a Discovery on a Solaris server. 
  2. View the cmdb_ci_solaris_server record for this machine.

    Instead of being populated, the Disk Space field is empty despite there being disks found in the File System associations.
 

Workaround

The permanent fix for this issue has been released in our Istanbul release. You can schedule an upgrade through Hi by navigating to: https://hi.service-now.com/upgrade_dashboard.do?sysparm_cancelable=true 
 
Currently, there is an existing workaround for other releases:

replace 
deviceCi.data.disk_space = this._calculateDiskSpace(deviceCi.getReferrals('cmdb_ci_disk')).to(StorageDataSize.Units.GB); 
 
with 
deviceCi.data.disk_space = this._calculateDiskSpace(deviceCi.getReferrals('cmdb_ci_storage_device')).to(StorageDataSize.Units.GB);
