When creating an indicator from an indicator source, the indicator's frequency is not updated

When creating an indicator from an indicator source, the indicator's frequency is not updated.

1. Open indicator source with frequency different from Daily
2. In the Indicators related list, click New
3. Fill in the Name and save the indicator.

While the indicator should be saved with frequency from indicator source, there is a Frequency should be the same as Indicator Source Valid for Frequency + Invalid insert error

In the new indicator form:

1. Clear the indicator source field
2. Manually set the indicator frequency to match the indicator source, as the frequency field is now visible
3. Set the indicator source field to its original value.
