Description
If you have a board for incident based on the Assigned To field without an incident assigned to a specific user, and an existing card is updated on the board to said user, a new lane for that assignee will not be visible until you refresh the board.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to incident.list and ensure no incidents are assigned to Fred Luddy.
- Right-click Assigned To column. Click on VTB.
- On the board, select one of the cards and update the assigned to Fred Luddy.
Expected: A new lane should appear for Fred Luddy, and the updated card should move therein.
Actual: The card remains in the existing lane and only appears after refreshing the whole board.
Workaround
Refreshing the board is the only way to show the latest updates.
