When used in a template, the watch list field type list has a length restriction. If the field has more than 61 characters, it is not saved.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to Incident > All and open an incident.
Click the More options (...) icon in the form header and select Toggle the template bar.
Click the + sign in the template bar in the footer of the form and add a new template.
Fill in the required fields and add the watch list field to the template.
For the field values, add names that add up to more than 60 characters, separating the names with commas.
If the watch list field is longer than 61 characters, the names are not saved in the template or in the watch list field when applying the template.
Try to use fewer than 60 characters for the content of the watch list field in templates.
