VTB Visual Task Board does not retain preference for displaying all journal fields

Description

On a Visual Task Board (VTB), the Show all journal fields button displays the Additional Comments and Work notes fields. After closing an incident and reopening it, the fields are no longer visible and you have to click the button again to show these fields. The preference works correctly on the incident form itself.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Self-Service > Visual Task Boards.

  2. Click Create New Visual Task Board and then click Freeform Board.

  3. Provide a name for the VTB.
  4. Add an incident to the VTB.

    1. Navigate to Incident > Open and open an incident.
    2. Right-click in the form header and choose Add to Visual Task Board.
    3. Select the task board you just created.
  5. Click the View Board link that appears at the top of the incident form or navigate to Self-Service > Visual Task Boards and select the VTB.

  6. Click the incident link in the card to open it.

  7. Click the Show all journal fields button.

Note that you can see the Additional comments and Work notes fields in the form.

  8. Close the incident and reopen it.

Note that the journal fields do not display.
