Description

Back button in Knowledge article Preview window displays incident list rather than returning to incident form.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Incident > All and open any incident.

  2. If the Contextual Search Results field, which displays as the Related Search Results toggle, is not in the form, right-click in the form header, select Configure > Form Layout, and use the slushbucket to add it.

  3. Click Related Search Results, which are based on the Short Description.

The relevant Knowledge articles are listed.

  4. Click Preview for one of the articles to display a preview.

  5. Inside the Preview window, click the back button < in the top left corner.

Note that instead of returning to the incident form, the incident list is displayed.
