Images in activity log Additional comments field do not print.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Navigate to Incident > Open and open an incident.

  2. In the Additional comments (Customer visible) field, paste an image and click Save.

  3. Click the gear icon in the upper right and click Printer friendly version in the General settings.

    Note that the image pasted in the Additional comments (Customer visible) field does not print.




Attachments in activity streams are not intended to be included in print styling.
