When there are no ACLs on the incident_task table, only admins are able to view incident_task records. ITIL users do not have access to incident_task records.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Log in as an ITIL user.
  2. Navigate in incident_task table.
  3. Note that incident task records are not displayed and the following message is displayed: "Security constraints prevent access to requested page." The reason is because users with an ITIL role do not have read access on incident_task table.


Create read, write, and create ACLs on the incident_task table so that users with ITIL role can access the records.
