Running the demo data removal script results in the deletion of the icon and text for the Standard Change Definition that is tied to the Change Interceptor. Because Express Administrators do not have access to this Standard Change Definition, they cannot add custom text or icon.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the instance as admin.

  2. On the Administrator homepage, click Basic Setup.

  3. Click Remove Demo Data.

  4. Confirm the removal.

  5. Once the removal has completed, navigate to Change > Create New.

  6. Click Standard: Routine changes with pre-defined change plans. These are often pre-approved.

    Note that the Icon and Text label are removed from the Standard Change Definition.



This issue has been found and fixed, and is no longer an issue in Istanbul. There is no workaround for earlier releases.
