When using templates on Internet Explorer, the drop-down option to select and apply a template fails to load the pop-up selection box, and the browser shows the error: "Internet Explorer has modified this page to help prevent cross-site scripting".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open your instance in Internet Explorer 11.

  2. Go to /sys_properties_list.do and search for the glide.template.max_context property.

  3. Set the Value to 2 and click Update.

  4. Navigate to the Change Request form and apply the template by right-clicking on the header.

Note that it opens in a pop-up window with the error message "Internet Explorer has modified this page to help prevent cross-site scripting" at the bottom.
