The filter icon and user name (avatar) are not displayed properly on Activity Formatter.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to Self-Service > My Approvals.
Click on any approval.
The filter icon is displayed in the wrong location and the user name icon (avatar) overlaps with the Approver label field.
When you refresh the page, it displays properly.
Clear the cache.
The issue comes back.
To clear this issue, swap the form layout so Approval Summarizer comes after Activites (filtered).
