Description

When List v3 is active, creating a template when in a record causes duplicate buttons (with no current function) to display.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins and ensure that the List v3 and List v3 Components plugins are active.

  2. Navigate to System Properties > List v3.

  3. Make sure all boxes are checked and click Save.

  4. Navigate to Incident > All and click New.

  5. Click the ellipsis in the upper right corner and select Toggle Template Bar.

  6. Click the '+' button in the bottom right corner to create a new template.

Once the page loads, note that there are duplicate Lookup using list buttons at the bottom right, which perform no action and return the user back to the form.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
