Fuji End-Of Life (EOL) Upgrades
With the release of Istanbul, ServiceNow no longer supports the Fuji Family. Customers are required to upgrade instances on Fuji to a supported family version by Q2 2017. It is strongly recommended that customers upgrade to the Helsinki or Istanbul families to avoid multiple family upgrades in 2017.
Customers with instances on Fuji receive communications noting the deadline and the date that ServiceNow will upgrade their instances if they still have an instance on Fuji. Please contact ServiceNow through your communication (COM) record if you have questions or issues associated with your scheduled upgrade.
