Description

Some recipients for an incoming email do not appear in the activity formatter.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to System Policy > Email > Inbound Actions.

  2. Click New.

  3. Complete the fields on the form, setting the action to create an incident record, and click Submit.

  4. Send an email to the instance that includes an extra recipient in the To: field besides the instance email address and one or more in the Cc: field.

  5. Once the email has been processed by an inbound action, check the record that it created and look for the received email in the activity formatter.

    Note that the From: and To: addresses both display the From address.
