Eureka Upgrades Required by Q1'17Overview
With the release of Helsinki in Q2’16, ServiceNow no longer supports the Eureka Family. Customers are required to upgrade instances on Eureka to a supported family version by Q1’17. It is strongly recommended that customers upgrade to the Helsinki family to avoid multiple family upgrades in 2017.
Customers with instances on Eureka have already received communications noting the deadline and the date that ServiceNow will upgrade the instances if they are not on Fuji or a later release family. Please contact ServiceNow through your communication (COM) record if you have questions or issues associated with your scheduled upgrade.
