Steps to Reproduce
Ensure that List v3 is installed and enabled on the incident list.
Create the following filter on the incident list:
[Active] [is] [true]
[Assigned to] [is] [ITIL User] OR [Assigned to] [is] [Beth Anglin]
Remove one of the "assigned to" conditions.
Note that the remaining "assigned to" conditions is now blank.
Run the filter.
Note that the filter breadcrumbs still contain the value for the "assigned to" condition.
Removing one of the OR conditions in a filter will result in an empty value for a condition.
