Description

The "sys_outbound_http_log" table is not accessible from a delegated developer with the file type access "all".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an application using Studio.
  2. Inside Studio, go to File > Manage Developers.
  3. Grant a user with All File Types access.
  4. Log out and log in with that specific user in the app scope you created.
  5. Enter sys_outbound_http_log.list to see the table. Set the HTTP log level missing steps, continuing from step 4.
  6. In the left hand menu, search REST Message.
  7. Either create or click on an existing REST Message.
  8. Click on or create an HTTP Method in the REST Message you just clicked.
  9. Note the Related link, Set HTTP Log level is missing.

Workaround
