Description

On a zbooted instance, categories for Service Catalog do not display when viewed on a mobile device.

Technical Services and Service Offerings should appear as options. The deletion of demo data may cause this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On an iPhone, log in to the mobile application.
  2. Navigate to Service Catalog.

No categories display, including the Technical Services and Service Offerings categories that should be available.

Workaround

There is no known workaround for this issue applicable for an Express administrator.

If catalog demo data have been removed, please open an incident with SN technical support. Typically the Technical Services and Service Offerings categories might need to be undeleted and put back in the Mobile Layout.
