When setting system property glide.knowman.show_user_feedback to never, comments on KB articles in the application are not listed, even though the comments are still available in Service Portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Helsinki.
- Navigate to System Properties, then all properties. In the Application Navigator, type sys_properties.list in the Filter navigator field and press enter or return on your keyboard.
- Set glide.knowman.show_user_feedback to never.
- Navigate to Self service > Knowledge. Select and open an article, the comments are not available.
- In Service Portal, select Service Portal Home.
- Go to Knowledge, and then open an article.
Actual behavior: Feedback comments are showing.
Expected behavior: Feedback comments are not showing.
