On the incident form, multi-line text in the Description field is displayed as one long string wthout the breaks in the Activity log.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Incident > Open.
  2. Open any incident record.
  3. Right-click in the header bar and select Configure > Form Layout.
  4. Add the following fields to the form:
    • Description
    • Activities (filtered) (this is the Activity Formatter)
  5. Click Save.
  6. Next to the Activity field on the incident record, click the filter icon .
  7. Scroll down the list and click Configure available fields.
  8. Add the Description field.
  9. Click Save.
  10. On the incident record, in the Description field, add multiple lines of text.
  11. Right-click in the header bar and select Save.
    Note that in the Activity field, the description text is displayed as one line.
