When the plugin 'com.snc.service-watch' is installed, it adds a new '*' write ACL that denies access to all users other than admin. This will break customers who do not have the high-security plugin activated.
Steps to Reproduce
- In an base system instance, filter the access controls on [type][is][record] [AND] [operation][is][write] [AND] [table][is][*].
- Activate the 'com.snc.service-watch' plugin.
- Filter access controls again. There is a new '*' write ACL.
Delete the new * write ACL.
