In Service Portal, the calendar date/time picker shows months and days not translated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login a pre-Kingston instance as administrator
- Select Plugins > Activate a language package
- Navigate to Service Portal > Service Catalog > Can We Help You? > Report Outage
- Change the language to French (Catalogue de services>Pouvons-nous vous aider ?>Signalez une panne)
- Navigate to Date field (At what time did you notice the outage began?). Click in the calendar icon
Notice the calendar month and days are not translated:
This issue is fixed in Kingston. No workaround is available for older releases.
