Description

In Service Portal, the calendar date/time picker shows months and days not translated.

 

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Login a pre-Kingston instance as administrator
  2. Select Plugins > Activate a language package
  3. Navigate to Service Portal > Service Catalog > Can We Help You? > Report Outage
  4. Change the language to French (Catalogue de services>Pouvons-nous vous aider ?>Signalez une panne)
  5. Navigate to Date field (At what time did you notice the outage began?). Click in the calendar icon

Notice the calendar month and days are not translated:

Workaround

This issue is fixed in Kingston. No workaround is available for older releases.
