In Service Portal, the date/time picker for months and date are not translated.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Helsinki
  2. Select Plugins > Activate a language package
  3. Navigate to Service Portal > Service Catalog > Can We Help You? > Report Outage
  4. Change the language to French (Catalogue de services>Pouvons-nous vous aider ?>Signalez une panne)
  5. Navigate to Date field (At what time did you notice the outage began?). Click in the calendar icon

Actual behavior: calendar month and days are not translated.

Expected behavior: calendar showing translations.
