Unable to access created checklist templates because user interface option is not available and checklist_template.list is restricted.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Incident > All.
  2. Open any incident record.
  3. Click the menu icon at the top left and select Configure > Form Layout.
  4. Add the Checklist field to the form.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Create a new sequence of checklists by clicking the arrow on Checklist field and adding items.
  7. Click the arrow on the Checklist field and select Save as Template.
  8. Type in a name.
  9. Click Save.
    Note that there is no option in the user interface to delete the template.
  10. In the Application navigator, type checklist_template.list in the Filter navigator text box and press enter or return on your keyboard. 
    Note that there is no access due to security constraints.
