In the Activity Formatter filter on the incident form, the "All" option is missing from the options list. If a Geneva instance is reverted to UI15, the functionality is still available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In a base system Geneva instance, impersonate Fred Luddy.

  2. Navigate to Incident > Assigned to me.

  3. Select the INC0000052 incident.

  4. On the right side of the Activity field, click the filter icon.

    Note that the option All is missing.


Reactivate the old activity formatter on the form by turning off all live forms features.

  1. Open the glide.ui16.live_forms.enabled system property.
  2. Set the value to false.
  3. Save the system property.
