Steps to Reproduce
On a base instance with demo data:
Navigate to Content Management > Pages.
Open the record with the name Portal - Incident Status and the URL suffix incident_status.
Set the layout to CMS 1 Column Iframe and save the record.
Navigate to the URL /ess/incident_status.do.
A list of incidents appears. (If no incidents are in the list, clear all the filters.)
Click one of the incident numbers.
Note that the iFrame resizes to only about 400px high even though the actual page within the iFrame is much larger.
