Description

Customized email templates revert to the default settings of the base system after the instance is upgraded to Geneva.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade an instance from Geneva Patch 3 to Patch 6.

  1. Log in to a Geneva Patch 3 instance.

  2. Go to the email template at
    <instance_name>/nav_to.do?uri=sysevent_email_template.do?sys_id=8f910b5ec0a80164009a5a484f657b57

  3. Erase the content in the  Message field and save your changes.

  4. Upgrade the instance to Geneva Patch 6.

    Note that the record has reverted to the default state.
