Customer is able to enable Multiple Provider SSO from the configuration column on the Single Sign-On page (User Administration > Authentication > Single Sign-On) by checking the box next to 'Enable multiple provider SSO.' However, Multi-SSO cannot be turned off by the customer clearing the 'Enable multiple provider SSO' box. This creates an issue because if the customer accidentally sets Multi-SSO to true, the Express Support needs to create a change to fix it every time.

The 'Enable Multiple Provider SSO' option in the Single Sign-On page allows for Multi-SSO installation exits set to true; however, deactivating the option doesn't set those exits to false.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate the Okta plugin and configure.
  2. Activate a Single Sign-On.
  3. Disable Single Sign-On so you can go back to using Okta.
  4. Notice Okta will no longer authenticate.
