Steps to Reproduce
- On a pre-Helsinki instance, incident priority value is set to 4.
- Open a new incident record and observe the form displays Priority = 4, as expected.
- Upgrade to Helsinki.
- Open a new incident record and observe the form displays Priority = 5 as the default value even though the default value is still set to 4.
Create an incident on HI and tech support can assist with correcting the incorrect default priority. There is currently no known workaround for this issue.
