Description

In a cloned request, the 'Requested for' and 'Opened by' fields both list the original requestor.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Cart layouts.
  2. In the Target column, click Order Status Screen.
  3. In Components section or tab, select Clone Checkout.
  4. Click Update.
  5. Impersonate an ITIL user.
  6. Navigate to Self-Service > Service Catalog.
  7. Order any item, for example:
    1. Click Software.
    2. Click Access.
    3. Click Order Now.
    4. Click Checkout.
  8. On the Order Status page, in Copy this Request for, add another user.
  9. Click Order Now.
  10. Click View New Requests.
    Note that in the Requests list, the Requested for and Opened by columns both list the user that you added in step 8.

Workaround

Import the attached business rule for sc_request table. This fixes/setsĀ Opened by to the user creating the request.
