After adding a pdf attachment to a Visual Task Board, the ppt icon is shown with the file instead of the pdf icon.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Ensure that you have a Visual Task Board created and available.
  2. Navigate to Incident > Open.
  3. Open an incident record.
  4. Click the Additional options icon  and select Add to Visual Task Board.
  5. Open the Visual Task Board.
  6. Click on the incident card.
  7. Drag and drop a pdf file to the incident card.
    Note that on the right side, the added pdf file has the ppt icon.
