Journal field content is lost when switching CI class.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a record in task table.
- Ensure that Task Type is a visible field.
- In Task Type, use the drop-down menu to change the value.
- Add text to Work Notes.
- Click Save.
Note that the Work Notes entry is lost.
There is no known workaround for this issue. ServiceNow has decided to not address this issue in a future release.
