When importing groups from LDAP, one group is consistently dropped on the import and another group is imported twice on the staging table.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure an LDAP Server with the MID server.
  2. Load at least ten Users or Groups data on this LDAP Server.
  3. Import data from the LDAP Server .
  4. Check the ECC Queue records.
The correct data appears (the same ten Users or Groups).
  5. Check the staging table.
One of the records is omitted and another record is duplicated. The final number of records will still be ten but two will be duplicates of each other.
