When this condition exists and the user clicks the knowledge category with more than 160 subcategories, the page appears to be loading but never finishes.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure a category (for example, ABC) has more than 160 total subcategories.
- Go to $knowledge.do and then to the knowledge base containing category ABC.
- On the Knowledge Browse page, click the category ABC.
No results are loaded and it keeps attempting to load. The console log shows that a 400 bad request is thrown.
Reorganize your categories or knowledge bases such that each category tree has fewer than 160 nested categories.
